RENTAL RATES FOR USE OF COMMUNITY CLUB FACILITIES
(with effect from 1 June 2009)
 FACILITIES  RATES
 Auditorium Hall (Fully Air-Condition)
  • Accommodate a maximum of 42 tables (4 ft Round table)
  • Suitable for Dinner or Function

Standard Package (4 hrs) : $1,000.00

additional hour with Air-con : $100.00

Add: ½ hour after 10.00pm : $100.00

Deposit (Refundable) : $200.00

PA System (Optional for 4 hrs) : $200.00

Cleaning Fee : $150.00
 
Rental Fee for Cooking Area : $100.00
 
Door Curtain (Vertical Blind) : $100.00
 
Pre Set-up w/o air-con per hour : $ 20.00

Standard Charges (4 hours) : $200.00

Cleaning Fee : $50.00
 Multi-Purpose Hall #04-01, # 04-02 (maximum 40 persons) (minimum 2 hours) per hour : $100.00
 Recital Room #03-00 (New Annex - Band Practice Room)

(minimum 2 hours) per hour : $150.00

Cleaning fee: $150.00
 Conference Room #03-09 (minimum 2 hours) per hour : $80.00
 Dance Studio A #03-05
 Dance Studio B #03-10		 (minimum 2 hours) per hour : $50.00
 Classroom (maximum 30 persons) #03-07 & #03-08 (minimum 2 hours) per hour : $50.00
 Classroom (maximum 20 persons) #03-01A & #03-01B (minimum 2 hours) per hour : $35.00
 Badminton Court
 (Non-air-conditioned auditorium)

(Member) per hour : $6.00

(Non-Member) per hour: $8.00
Kindly note that all Rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars and are also subjected to 7% GST.

If you are interested in the booking of the CC's hall, kindly download and fill up the "Hall Booking Form" document and come down to the CC to make a refundable deposit and payment. Thank you.
