Bukit Batok's Meet the People Session Change to Every Monday‏

Kindly be informed that with effect from June 2011, our Meet the People Session is on Every Monday instead of Friday. The time and venue remains unchanged. Therefore, there will be no MPS on Friday 3 June 2011. The next MPS will be on Monday 6 June 2011 instead.

Malay Activities Executive Committee (MAEC) + Mendaki Progress Class Registration and Briefing

MAEC Progress Class Year 2012 registration and briefing were conducted on 8 Jan 2012 to parents, students and mentors by class co-ordinator Mr Baharudin.

Jointly organized by Bukit Batok MAEC and Mednaki, the Annual Progress Class is open for students from Primary 1 to Secondary 4.

Due to popular demand, the class was filled on within hours of registration.

Class commences on 15 January 2012.

Jurong Gets Its Own Sports Hub

Jurong Town Council has completed the HDB's first Neighbourhood Renewal Programme (NRP) project.

The project is located near Blocks 111 to 118 and 120 to 126 Bukit Batok West Ave 6/Central.

Mr David Ong, MP for Jurong GRC and Chairman of Jurong Town Council, officiated at the completion ceremony, marking the significant local and national milestone.

PAP Community Foundation (PCF) Bukit Batok Branch marked PCF's 25th Anniversary on 9 April 2011 with a carnival held at the newly-built Sports Hub located besides Bukit Batok Community Club. 'Bukit Batok, My Home' is the theme for the celebration, depicting PCF Bukit Batok Branch as a part of many residents' childhood experiences.
